Question 1

How long until my website is live?

Accepted Answer

Most sites launch in under a week from the moment we have your photos, logo, and services. Rush jobs are possible — just ask on the discovery call.

Question 2

Do I own my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You own the domain, the code, and the content. If you ever want to move to a different provider, everything travels with you.

Question 3

Do you provide hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hosting is included in the build price for the first year. After that it renews at cost — typically $15–30/month depending on traffic and features.

Question 4

What if I don't have a domain yet?

Accepted Answer

We'll help you pick and register one on the discovery call. Domains cost around $15/year and you own it directly, not through us.

Question 5

What if I already have a website?

Accepted Answer

We can rebuild it, refresh it, or start clean. We'll take a look on the discovery call and tell you honestly what will serve you best.

Question 6

Can I make edits myself?

Accepted Answer

Not directly. Our sites are custom-built (not drag-and-drop templates), so there's no admin panel to log into. That's exactly what the Care Plan handles: send us what you want changed — text tweaks, photo swaps, new sections, updated hours, seasonal promos — and we ship it, usually the same day.

Question 7

What's the Care Plan, and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

A website that never changes stops working for you. The Care Plan is how our clients keep theirs fresh — new promotions, seasonal specials, refreshed photos, holiday campaigns, updated hours, new services, price changes — without touching the code themselves. Send us what you want updated and we ship it: $29.99 for 10 changes a month, $74.99 for 50, $99.99 for unlimited.

Question 8

Do you do SEO?

Accepted Answer

We build sites that are Google-indexable, mobile-optimized, and fast — the technical foundation SEO needs. Ongoing keyword research, backlink building, and content marketing are a separate service we don't offer today.

Question 9

How does the AI part work — is this just a template?

Accepted Answer

Not a template. AI drafts the first pass in hours based on your business, photos, and services. Then a human designer refines every pixel by hand. What you get is a custom site — just delivered in days instead of weeks.

Question 10

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All of Ontario. We work remotely, so your city isn't a blocker — Windsor, Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Kitchener, and everywhere in between.
